Here's a Quick, Simple Way to Rejuvenate!

If you're like me, you've been stuck inside for months! With the combination of a global pandemic, bad weather conditions, and closed businesses, there's not much to do these days, & it's gotten to the point that my state-of-mind is getting cloudy.

 

But I have found that a simple, quick way to spark a smile, and put me in an uplifted mood.

And it is right outside my window. It doesn't cost me anything, and it's always available! The only requirement is to get up & get dressed!

 

You guessed it…All I have to do to feel better instantly, is to take a walk outside. According to Google.com/search, natural sunlight contains the "sunshine vitamin" that makes the difference in the way I feel…both physically and emotionally!

 

 

       You see, sunshine naturally contains Vitamin D, which is crucial for overall health. This miracle from God protects us, helps us, and heals...naturally... against inflammation, lowers high blood pressure, helps our muscles, and even improves our brain function!

 

So the next time you're feeling down, or run-down, just make an effort to go outside and catch some sun!
